Mr. Barry completed his undergraduate studies at the State University of
New York at Stony Brook where he earned a B.A in Economics, and
completed minor programs of study in the areas of Business and French.
While enrolled at Stony Brook, he taught classes in
Econometrics, Statistics, and Introductory Economics.
Mr. Barry holds licenses to practice law in the states of California,
New York, and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice before the
United States Tax Court. He is a member of the California State Bar Association
(Tax Section, Family Law Section, and Estate Planning Probate, and Trust section),
as well as the Orange County Bar Association, (Tax, Family Law, Bankruptcy,
and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust sections). Mr. Barry is also a member of
the Irvine Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Barry's practice is in the areas of family law, bankruptcy,
tax, estate planning, probate, and trust law. Prospective clients
with legal problems in these and related areas are invited to

Mr. Barry is a 1988 graduate of the American Bar Association accredited
Hofstra University School of Law. While attending Hofstra Law School,
he was named Associate Editor of the School's Labor Law Journal.
